Age Friendly Thunder Bay is proud to launch its Community Wide Action Plan, its new website and the “Words of Wisdom” videos. Hear our speakers share examples of Age Friendly communities in action across the province and share results of the local Age Friendly Community Wide Action Plan. Join neighbours and friends for lunch and learn more about future plans for Age Friendly Thunder Bay.

  • An Exploration of Age-Friendly Projects From Across Ontario
  • As Ontario’s Knowledge Broker for age-friendly communities, Sarah Webster hears directly from more than 70 communities across the province. She will share some emerging trends and innovative solutions to issues such as housing, communication, recreation and more.

The documentary is a humorous and heartwarming documentary feature, which chronicles the extraordinary journey of a group of colourful senior citizens, as they discover the world of the Internet, through the guidance of teenage mentors.
